How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or log into your PawHaven account to view your order history.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. If it has already left our facility, we'll need to wait for it to be returned before issuing a refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately at thepawhavensupport@gmail.com . If we catch it before the package ships, we can update it. If it has already shipped, we'll work with the carrier to try and intercept it, though we can't guarantee success once it's in transit.
Are your materials safe for pets?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All of our materials are non-toxic, OEKO-TEX certified, and free from harsh chemicals, formaldehyde, and heavy metals.
How do I wash my pet bed?
The outer cover unzips easily and is 100% machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not wash the inner memory foam core.
What if my pet chews on the product?
While our products are made with durable materials, no fabric is completely indestructible. We recommend monitoring your pet during the first few days of use and providing plenty of chew toys.
Do calming beds actually work?
Yes. Our beds use deep-touch pressure therapy. The raised edges and plush faux fur mimic the feeling of being nurtured, which helps lower heart rates and reduce anxiety in many pets.
What size should I get for my dog or cat?
Measure your pet from the base of their neck to the base of their tail while they're sleeping naturally, then add 4–6 inches. If they're between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.
My pet is between sizes. Should I size up or down?
Always size up. A bed that's too small won't provide the calming support of the raised edges, making it harder for your pet to rest comfortably.
Do you have a physical retail store?
PawHaven is currently an online-only boutique. This allows us to keep overhead low and offer premium materials at fair prices.
