Order Processing
Because we curate premium wellness items, your order is handled with extreme care. Once placed, our fulfillment team carefully prepares your items within 1 to 2 business days before handing them off to our shipping partners.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.
Delivery Times
- ✓Standard Shipping (Free over $50): 3 to 5 business days.
- ✓Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
- ✓Orders under $50: A flat rate of $4.95 applies.
*Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, PawHaven Co. only ships within the United States. We're working to expand to Canada, the UK, and the EU soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
My tracking number isn't updating. Is my package lost?
Don't worry. It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package after pickup. If there's no update after three business days, contact us at support@pawhavenco.com.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you notice the mistake within 12 hours of placing your order, email us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we'll need to wait until it's returned before resending it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please send photos of the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery to support@pawhavenco.com, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
